CIRCUMSTANCES - Reversed in to a Parked Third Party vehicle in a car park with plenty of room to manoeuvre. Our truck has a reversed camera in it but yet the driver still managed to reverse into this car twice, causing damage resulting in our premiums going up. Driver was rushing instead of carefully taking their time.

ACTION - Always view your reverse camera whilst reversing, this is a preventable accident and one down to negligence. Report to your manager Immediately if your camera is not working!
