DRIVER - Bill Carter - Arrow XL
CIRCUMSTANCES - Decided to follow his Sat Nav to the letter instead of reading the road signs which clearly said that this road was not suitable for 7.5t trucks. The driver decided to reverse back down the road but misjudged the corner then fell down.
ACTION - ONLY drive on tarmac roads!
DRIVER EXCESS PAYMENT - DISMISSED
