Firstly, I would like to welcome you to our team, at Parcel Partner we don’t believe that our drivers are just drivers, we want you to be more than that, which is why we have created a Profit Bonus Scheme which turns you from a driver into a “PARTNER”.

The idea behind the Profit Bonus Scheme is for each and every one of you to understand how valued you are and also how much of an impact bad practice has on our success. You are integral to the success of this business, the better you do, the better the company does, the better the company does, the more the company rewards you.

The Profit Bonus Scheme is based on maintaining an £2,500 Insurance rate per vehicle, if our rate is more than this figure then, there is no Profit Bonus Scheme available. We calculate the Profit Bonus Scheme by time of service to determine the points level and completed days worked per year to determine the amount.

Time of Service - is calculated from the day you started, first qualifying Level 1 after three

months, Level 2 after three years and Level 3 after six Years.

Share Points – Each day you work you will gain a point as per your level, Level 1 = 1 point,

Level 2 = 2 point’s, Level 3 = 3 point’s per day.

Now, in order for this Profit Bonus Scheme to be a real success we need you to treat your vehicle like it’s your own personal car. Take care of it, don’t squeeze past parked cars, don’t reverse down roads when it’s not needed, don’t hit walls, don’t be careless, take your time when on the road, if you take care of that vehicle you will be rewarded.

Our financial year runs from Aug to July so once our profit has been calculated for that year

you will receive a notification on the Profit Bonus Scheme amount.

BE AWARE ANYONE INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT WILL LOSE THEIR FULL BONUS.
