DRIVER - Rob Carter - DX Bury
CIRCUMSTANCES - Driving down Manchester Road early in the morning switching lanes constantly to move through the traffic, when the third party in front decided to turn right meaning our driver had nowhere to go apart from the opposite side of the road.
ACTION - Always stay back and keep your distance leaving enough braking distance. This was casued my excessive speed.
